There are On-campus and Off-campus accommodation. In turkey most of the universities provide the on-campus accommodation to international students.But students also have the option of renting a flat or apartment.

No, students are not allowed to do part time job with studying.

Turkish universities are well known universities. But after having education in turkey student have to move from turkey. And if anyone want to continue the job in turkey then he should know Turkish. 

For permanent PR it is necessary to have a permit of min 5 years.
