The Copenhagen Business School is aiming to be a global prime leader in business studies, and it is succeeding in doing so by making responsible management integral to all education at CBS.

Eligible Course or Subjects: 

Students can apply for a PhD study programme in the field of Humanistic Approaches to Entrepreneurship Research and Teaching at the Department of Business Humanities and Law at the Copenhagen Business School.

Eligibility Criteria: 

The applicants must have an educational background in the humanities or social sciences. 

The applicants must have completed the master’s programme before starting the PhD programme at CBS.

Application Deadline: Applications will close on 16th April 2023.

During the PhD programme you must be enrolled at a doctoral degree awarding institution, such as a university and be anchored at an administrating host institution in Denmark. The host institution is where you will be employed and for the most part conduct your work. 

To be eligible for a Mads Øvlisen PhD scholarship you must have obtained a Master’s degree or equivalent prior to submitting the application.
