Eligibility requirements for doctoral education

In order to participate in the selection for a doctoral position, you must meet the following general (A) and specific (B) eligibility requirements at latest by the application deadline.

 General eligibility requirement

Have been awarded a second-cycle/advanced/master qualification (i.e. master degree)

Have satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the advanced/second-cycle/master level

Have acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad.

Eligible :

 All nationalities.

 PhD degree in any medical sciences research profile in radiation physics offered by the university.

Criteria: 

Medical physics education or equivalent knowledge in image analysis and programming is preferable.

Eligible:

PhD degree in energy technology solar thermal energy production offered by the university

Eligibility Criteria:

The employment is expected to result in a doctoral degree, and the primary assignment for the doctoral student is thus to be active in research, study postgraduate courses, and possibly participate in teaching courses at the undergraduate level.

Eligible:

Eligible:

The students can apply for the PhD position in Blood Engineering at the Karolinska Institute.

Criteria: 

The applicants must meet the general eligibility requirement for doctoral/third-cycle/PhD education.

Eligible:

 Students can apply for a PhD in Computational Ecology

Criteria: 

The applicant must hold a PhD degree in an area relevant for the tasks at hand (such as computational ecology, or related subjects) or a foreign exam substantially equivalent to a PhD degree in a relevant subject.
