Every year a list of universities is Published which are considered winners of that year by renowned Educational Media groups. They publish what they call RANK of those particular universities. Their ranking is done by keeping some specific factors in mind that comprise all their academic abilities. What university they rank 1st is considered top best university of the world for that year. Not everyone can just publish their results be accepted, there are just two biggest organizations that undertake this momentous assignment.
One of those organizations is Times Higher Education whose results I am publishing here today. Both these organizations conclusions may vary, however, none dare challenge other. Following are the top 10 best universities of the world of 2017.
1 - University of Oxford:
Country: United Kingdom
If University of Oxford is on top, it’s no wonder since it has always been the best provider of education and on top of that it is my favorite university. Even in the year 2017 ranking University of Oxford got an overall score of 95.0. In 2017 ranking Oxford achieved 1st position.

2 - California Institute of Technology:
Country: United States of America
California Institute of Technology also referred to as Caltech, is not very famous in Pakistani students but it has been proving its worth for many past decades because it has always proved itself as world’s best institute even leaving Harvard and Cambridge behind. Caltech has achieved 93.6 overall of scores.
This year in THE Ranking of 2017, it secured 2nd position as world’s best and most prestigious institute. It has only 2,181 students of which 27% are international with 31:69 Female: Male ratio. Caltech’s acceptance rate is just 8%. Following are detailed academic factors of test and its score.

Stanford is one of the universities in USA which never give anyone else a chance to call themselves top of the world since it always have secured a place for itself in top 5. It may not be as famous as Harvard and MIT yet it has higher rank than them.

Cambridge is fourth oldest university of the world. This university in United Kingdom is said to be founded by some Oxford scholars which now has left Oxford University behind many times. Cambridge has achieved 93.6 overall of scores.
