UTS Competitive Scholarships are as following
International Research Training Program Scholarships (IRTP)
This program is offered for highly ranked, newly research commencing students, who have strong academic record and research potential.
Benefits Of Scholarships

IRTP covers study expenses of selected students for the whole degree program

Tuition fee scholarship will be for 3 years for PhD

Annual stipend of $28,854 for full time study mode

Relocation allowance of $ 505

Eligibility Criteria For IRTP

Applicant must hold a master’s degree from HEC recognized university

Not be receiving any equivalent stipend, scholarship or salary

Not be receiving any commonwealth Australian award
International Research Scholarships (IRS)
IRS is provided by the university to enhance the research profile and international links. The main aim is to attract the international students for research degrees. This award only covers the tuition fee for PhD and other expenses will be covered by the students themselves. This scholarship is not transferable to any other institution. Scholarship will be awarded to students for the whole degree program (3 years).

UTS President’s Scholarships
UTS president’s scholarship is provided by the university to international students who have exceptional research potential. Scholarship is provided to assist the students with general living expenses. The duration of full time UTSP is three years for PhD programs and this scholarship is not transferable to another institute.
