Eligibility

The candidate should be from an emerging or developing country.

The applicant should not be over 35 years of age.

Academic Qualification: The candidate must have acquired the first academic degree, that is, bachelor's degree, or equivalent from an acknowledged university.

Lowest GPA of the applicant will be 3.0 or the equivalent.

Applicants should not have any kind of conflict of interest of themselves with the DAAD or of the Germany government.No scholarship ever received from the DAAD or any German government at any time shall have been held by the applicants.DAAD pays all scholarship holder tuition fees.A one-time payment to cater for travel costs to Germany and back.All scholars are provided with health insurance.
