What is the GFiC Virtual Fellowship Program?
The GFiC Virtual Fellowship is a six-month online accelerator program that supports and empowers those working in human rights, gender justice, and social entrepreneurship. This fellowship, offered in cooperation with Brown University's Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies (CHRHS), equips fellows with vital skills, mentorship, and financing possibilities to help them scale their impact.

Who Can Apply?
The fellowship is seeking dedicated individuals who:
- Are 25 to 35 years old (exceptions may apply).
- Have at least three years of experience with activism, advocacy, social entrepreneurship, or community organizing.
- Are dedicated to gender justice and human rights.
- Have great English communication abilities.
- Are willing to create and implement a project aimed at social change.
Program Structure & Expectations
The fellowship lasts from July to December 2025 and includes:
- Bimonthly Zoom Sessions - Attend two 3-hour virtual training sessions each month.
- Self-Paced Learning - Complete prescribed books, films, and tasks (4-6 hours each month)
- Initiative Development - Take on a hands-on initiative to effect change in your community
- Mentorship and Coaching - Learn useful ideas from great mentors and coaches.
