How do I prove that I have the appropriate English language level for my student visa application?

Short Answer:
Depending on the visa you apply for, you can prove that your English language ability is at the appropriate level by:

·    showing that you have studied in English medium for at least five years

·    showing that you are a passport holder of one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, or the Republic of Ireland

·    showing the evidence of required test score from a valid and approved English language test: IELTS, OET, TOEFL, PTE or CAE
