IsDB Young Professionals Program 2025 | Fully Funded Opportunity in Saudi Arabia

The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is now open for applications for its Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025. This program lasts 24 months and is fully funded, aimed at shaping future leaders in international development. Participants will get hands-on experience working on projects in IsDB’s 57 member countries, with opportunities to rotate through the headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and other regional offices.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the YPP, candidates need to meet these basic requirements:

• Education: You should have a Master's degree in a field related to the Bank’s work, earned from a respected university. This degree (or your latest qualification) must be completed within four years before the application deadline, which is May 31, 2025.
• Citizenship: Preference will be given to people who are citizens of IsDB member countries.
• Language Skills: You need to have good spoken and written English skills.
• Age: You must be 32 or younger by the application deadline (May 31, 2025).
• Mobility: You should be willing to move to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and travel for assignments based on business needs, including rotations to IsDB Regional Hubs.
• Professional Experience: You can have up to five years of relevant work experience after your bachelor’s degree, but it should be completed before the application deadline.
• Commitment: You should show a strong dedication to IsDB's mission and approach to development.
