According to the bill the private sector schools will grants admission to 10 % deserved students.the government will make sure parents send their children to schools,if they are not to do will deprive of all government schemes the bill draft stated.
The education department will provide free books and copies to students.education up to sixteen year old children has been made necessary.Provincial Education Minister said free education will ensure to attain target of doubling literacy rate by 2020.
