Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be enrolled full-time in a university in the United States or its territories.

• Be undocumented, DACAmented, refugees, or first-generation students from low socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.

• Be committed to pursuing a PhD in engineering.

• Have completed at least two semesters or three quarters of their undergraduate program.

• Have one full semester remaining after the fellowship.

• Not be enrolled in any summer courses, internships, or employment during the program.
