The applications for full bright degree programs are inviting to the Pakistani candidates for the 2020 academic session. The full bright degree program is fully funded masters’ and Ph.D. degree programs organized by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Students who are willing to apply for a fully-funded degree program are encouraged to apply and the flowing is the complete detail of this program:
Requirements For Master Program
Applicants who are willing to apply for a master's degree program are asked to show a four years bachelors’ degree from a recognized university. Students with a bachelor’s and a master’s combined degree of 16 years of education from accredited universities are also eligible.
Students who have completed graduation recently are encouraged to apply. Applicants with MBA and Public Policy/Administration applicants study programs are required to show 2 years of working experience.
Requirements For P.hD. Program
Applicants with a master’s degree, MPhil, or a comparable degree equal to 18 years of education from an accredited university are eligible.
Applicants with the working experience in teaching, research, or the public sector in Pakistan are highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
Candidates can submit applications for any subject except clinical medicine for both programs i.e. master and PhD programs.
All the applicants are asked to appear for Graduate Record Examination, GRE. According to the new scoring system of GRE, applicants are required to secure 138 scores in verbal and 136 scores in quantitative sections.
Applicants are also required to show fluency in English writing and speaking skills. All the selected candidates will be required to pass The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
The successful candidates will undergo a contract with USEFP and a bond with HEC that will bind them to return to Pakistan immediately after completing their studies in the US and they will serve them for their countries. Their services will last for the number of years equal to the length of the scholarship program. On a year-for-year basis, the contract will be redeemable for a minimum of two years.

Eligibility Criteria
All the Pakistani citizens who are residing and working in Pakistan and having strong academic histories are eligible. Applicants with all the study programs, except clinical medicines, are eligible.
Ineligibilities

Applicants having dual citizenship, Pakistan/USA nationality or having spouse, fiancé, parent, or child of 18 years or above age with US PR and citizenship status are not eligible.

Workers of the Fulbright organization or the U.S. Department of State, USAID or the HEC, and their spouse, children, fiancé, siblings, parents, and dependents are not eligible.

Preference is for the students who haven’t won the Full Bright Funded Program previously.

People who are already studying, working, or residing in the US are not eligible.
