1 - Fulbright Foreign Student Program
The largest and most famous scholarship distributor in the world is Fulbright Foreign student program. It grants scholarships to international students from 155 countries around the world. Of course, Pakistan and India are also included in the list of these countries.
What Does it Cover?
Fulbright Scholarship Program provides full funding for entire duration of the study. It covers complete tuition fees, textbooks, airfare from home country to USA, living cost and even health insurance.

Fulbright scholarships are available for applicants from all fields in Masters and PhD level.

Approximately 4,000 foreign students receive Fulbright scholarships each year.
How to Apply:
All foreign students have to apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy in their home countries. You can find their foundations in Pakistan and India.
Application Deadline:
Deadline depends on your country however it is between February to October.

2 - British Chevening Scholarships
British Chevening Scholarships by UK government is one of the world’s largest scholarship programs working for the development in the field of education. It distributes scholarships in over 133 countries including Pakistan and India.
What Does in Cover?
British Chevening scholarships cover complete tuition fees, monthly pay for living, airfare from home country to UK and various other allowances.
Country:
British Chevening Scholarships are available for those student who wish to pursue their education in United Kingdom.
Level/Field of Study:
Scholarship is available to only students of full-time taught Masters Degree Program. Candidate can choose any subject at any UK university.
Number of Awards:
British Chevening Scholarships distributes around 1500 scholarships all around the world.

3 - Endeavour Postgraduate Awards
Sponsored by Australian government Endeavour postgraduate awards is one of the largest distributed scholarship scheme. It also provides a full scholarship that cover complete educational and living cost of students from all around the world. These scholarships are also available for Pakistani and Indian students.
Country:
Endeavour Postgraduate awards are available for only those student who wish to pursue their education in Australia.
What Does in Cover?
Endeavour Postgraduate awards cover complete tuition fees, monthly pay to cover living cost, travel allowance, establishment allowance, health insurance, and travel insurance.
Level/Field of Study:
This scholarship is available to only students of Masters or PhD level in any field and university of study in Australia.
Number of Awards:
There is no specific number of awards granted. They have different quota every year. Still it distributes enough scholarships to be among world’s largest scholarship programs.
How to Apply?
Applications for Endeavour Awards are submitted online using the Endeavour Online (EOL) system. Visit their official website to apply online.

4 - Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program
Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program by France is one of the largest scholarship schemes though it doesn’t cover tuition fees of the student. Tuition fees in France is very low, about 200 – 1000 USD per year. This scholarship is also available for students in Pakistan and India.
Country:
Eiffel Excellence scholarship program are available for only those student who wish to pursue their education in France.
What Does in Cover?
Eiffel Excellence scholarship program cover monthly allowance of €1,181 that can be awarded for 12-36 months. For PhD students, it pays €1,400 per month that is awarded for a maximum of 10 months.
Level/Field of Study:
Master’s or in a PhD program in Engineering Science at master’s level, Complete Science fields at PhD level, Economics and Management, and Law & Political Sciences.

Eiffel scholarship also doesn’t have specific number of awards granted. They have different quota every year. Still it distributes enough scholarships to be among world’s largest scholarship programs.
How to Apply?
Applications for EIFFEL scholarships are submitted only by French university where you are enrolled. First get admission in university in France then contact their officials for further guidance.

5 - Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships
Swiss Government Excellence offers scholarships to international students from more than 180 countries sponsored by Switzerland government. It is also one of the largest distributor of scholarships and grants.
Country:
Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships are available for only those student who wish to pursue their education in Switzerland.
What Does in Cover?
Swiss Excellence scholarship covers a monthly payment, freedom of tuition fees, health insurance, air fare from home country to Switzerland, and accommodation allowance.
Level/Field of Study:
Doctoral or Postdoctoral Studies or Research in any field or discipline.
Number of Awards:
There is no specific number of awards granted it may vary from year to year.
How to Apply?
All applications for Swiss Excellence scholarships are submitted at Swiss Embassy of your home country.
Application Deadline:
Swiss Excellence Scholarship applications close between September-December every year.
