Not be nominated for a need-and-merit-based International Scholars award.
The Merit College Scholarship for Leadership and Academic Excellence at the University of Toronto is to be awarded to a full-time international undergraduate student entering their 1st year at University of Toronto who graduated from Merit College/Merit Education with demonstrated leadership and academic excellence.
