The HUST University is accepting applications for International Graduate programs for the 2025 academic year. Students can apply for the Masters, and PhD Degree programs under the Chinese Scholarship Council to study free of cost at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) CSC
The Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) is a public research university in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. It is one of the most prestigious universities in China and is consistently ranked among the top 10 universities in the country. The HIT Chinese Government Scholarship Program is open to all students from all countries.
Eligibility Criteria
Must not be a Chinese citizen.
Be Physically fit.
Applicants for a master’s degree must be under 35 years old with a bachelor’s degree.
Applicants for a doctoral degree must be under 40 years old with a master’s degree.
IELTS is not required: If the previous degree was taught in English, the applicant may provide an English Proficiency Language Proof from the awarding institution.


The full scholarship offers tuition waivers, application fee waivers, monthly stipends, basic housing, health insurance, and covers some of the costs associated with the partial scholarship. Doctorate and master's degree candidates are major sponsors of the full scholarship.
Monthly stipend:
UCAS provides monthly stipend of RMB 2,500 for Doctoral students and RMB 2,000 for Master students. In addition, host supervisor and UCAS faculty/CAS institute (hereinafter referred to as faculty/institute) provide research assistantship for awardees considering their academic performances. The total amounts of monthly stipend will be no less than RMB 3500 for Doctoral students and RMB 3000 for Master students.
Accommodation:
UCAS provides basic accommodation to awardees from faculties/institutes located in Beijing. As for awardees from CAS institutes located outside Beijing, they would be provided with basic accommodation when attending the concentrated study at UCAS, while their host institutes would help to provide accommodation or solve accommodation-related problems when awardees are with them, and the awardees shall pay for relevant expenses as requested by the institutes.


CAS-ANSO Scholarship (Degree Program)
CAS-ANSO Scholarship (previously known as ANSO Scholarship for Young Talents) was formally launched in 2019 with the goal of training and cultivating young scientists from all over the world. CAS-ANSO Scholarship has two categories: degree program and non-degree program.
The degree program supports 100 to 200 Master’s students and 300 PhD students every year to pursue postgraduate education at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) around China.
