Applicants must be a citizen of a country outside the EU, EEA (the European Economic Area) or Switzerland

Admitted to a master’s degree programme at the University of Copenhagen

Granted a time-limited residence permit to study a higher education programme in Denmark.

15 January 2023 

Spend two years at a world-class university in Denmark for a master’s degree programme. The awards are competitive and granted to highly talented students with outstanding educational records from non-EU/EEU countries or Switzerland.

Benefits Provided by Danish Government Scholarships 

The scholarships are provided at two levels

Partial tuition fee waiver.

Full tuition fee waiver.

In some cases grants are given for living expenses in Denmark.

Benefits

The successful candidates will receive a fully salaried position for a period of three years, with teaching and dissemination obligations equivalent to six months’ work. The scholarship includes a monthly salary, tuition fees, office space, and travel costs according to the current CBS agreement.

A research proposal outlining the aims, research questions, methodologies, and potential contributions of the project

Copies of academic transcripts, diplomas, and relevant certificates

A concise curriculum vitae (CV)

One example of a selected written work (e.g., master’s thesis)
