Doctoral Programmes Scholarships at HSE University Russia

The Skoltech University Scholarship 2025 will cover the Full Tuition fee, Medical Insurance, a Monthly Stipend to cover living expenses, accommodation, and a Free Airfare Ticket (Relocation Support). The Duration of the MSc Program is 2 years and for PhD, it is 3 years.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to domestic and international students.

For Master Program: An appropriate Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.

For Doctoral Programs: An appropriate Master’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.

Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.

Applicants who already have a master’s degree can also apply.

TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a degree from an English Speaking university.
