Sciences Po created the Emile Boutmy Scholarships after the founder of Sciences Po in order to attract the very best international students from outside of the European Union who are first time applicants and who have been admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s programme offered at the University.

Eligible Course or Subjects:
Students can apply for a master’s degree programme
Criteria:
Foreign national students can apply.
The applicants must be enrolled in master’s studies at the Paris-Saclay University.
The applicants must be aged 30 or less.
The applicants must be foreigners living on French soil for less than a year, and taking language classes (type FFL).
Department of Higher Education and Training
Eligible:
South African, Basotho, or Malawian national students are eligible to apply.
Criteria:
The applicants must be born on or after 1st January 1992.
The applicants must be eligible for admission to the chosen Masters’s or Doctoral programme.

16th October 2022.
Ban Ki-Moon Centre and University of Bordeaux
Eligible:
Master study programmes offered at the University of Bordeaux can be undertaken.
Criteria:
Applicants must be 25-30 years of age.
Applicants must be a graduate or doctoral/post-doctoral students OR be recent graduates of a master’s level degree or higher.
Applicants must demonstrate strong dedication to the SDGs (particularly SDG 11) and the ideals of global citizenship.
