Categories Of CSC Scholarships

There are three types of scholarships announced by China Scholarship Council

Chinese Government Scholarship Type A

Through this scholarship type students can apply directly to the China embassy for CSC scholarship, and students can apply to maximum two universities through this category.

Chinese Government Scholarship Type B

Through this type, applicants can apply through Chinese universities for CCS Scholarships. Though they can apply to 3 universities by this CSC Scholarship category/ type.

 Get a CSC Scholarship

To be eligible for a CSC scholarship, go to the official website of the organization, complete the online application and submit the required supporting documentation. Check the current state of your CSC scholarship online by logging in with your login credentials.

Prepare a study plan for the CSC scholarship that includes your plans, research interests and academic objectives.

A fully funded program called the CSC scholarship is available to international students from the Chinese government.

Benefits of CSC Scholarship

Recipients of the CSC scholarship stand to gain a great deal. These consist of complete payment for living expenses, housing, education and health insurance. Learners receive a monthly stipend which is 25000 to 35000 Yuan per month to assist with daily expenses.

The stipend provides students with financial support so they can focus on their studies. The location and degree of study have an impact on the stipend's amount. 

 East China Normal University

The East China Normal University, formed as a result of merger of the Great China University and Kwang Hua University in 1951, is a comprehensive public research university in Shanghai. 

Eligible Countries: 

All international students can apply. 

Eligible Course or Subjects: 

Students can apply for the undergraduate or graduate-level degree programme of choice at the School of International Chinese Studies or Asia-Europe Business School of East China Normal University. 

Supporting Documents: 

The students are required to present the following documents to the university:

High school graduate certificate

Complete high school transcript 

Letter of recommendation 

Application Deadline: The application pathway for this scholarship will close on 15th May 2023.

 University of Sport

Shanghai University of Sport was founded in November 1952 as a public university in Shanghai, China. It is ranked #421 in Best Global Universities. SHU has recognized a complete education system covering all levels of degree programs and arranged a mobile station for post-doctoral research in sport science.

Acceptable Course or Subjects:

The scholarship will be awarded to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral majors

1) Applicants of the undergraduate program shall have an educational background equal to a high school degree in China and be under 22.

2) Applicants of the master’s program shall have a bachelor’s degree and be under 30.

3) Applicants of the doctoral program shall have a master’s degree and be under 35.

Applicants shall have no criminal records.

Northwestern Polytechnical University

Northwestern Polytechnical University is directed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, Xi’an, Shaanxi, and China. NPU is China’s only multidisciplinary and research-oriented, simultaneously creating education and study programs in aeronautics, astronauts, and marine technology engineering.

All nationalities

Acceptable Course or Subjects:

The scholarship will be awarded for an undergraduate,  postgraduate, and doctoral degree in any subject offered by NPU in China.

The certificate proving that the applicant obtained the foreign nationality at birth;

For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, these applicants shall provide the certificates of cancellation of Chinese nationality.
