The grant is made open for all Italian and international students who want to undertake an undergraduate or graduate-level study in an Italian university. The students that have high grades are eligible and will receive accommodation expenses and cash prizes to cover the cost of study under this Award.

To be eligible for the “UniTo for Students at Risk” scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025 at the University of Turin, applicants must be international students who hold a residence permit for international protection, temporary protection, or special protection under Italian immigration laws.

The University of Turin offers a range of programs aimed at obtaining two or more academic degrees/joint degrees as well as several degree programs totally taught in English.
Students joining a double degree program or a joint degree program should directly contact the Secretariat of the related Department in Turin in order to be registered. These students will be registered as properly enrolled students and not as exchange students.

The scholarships are reserved to the above-mentioned categories of international students who wish to enroll for the first time in the academic year 2024-2025 in the first year of studies of a degree program without a fixed quota of places (not requiring to pass an admission test).
