Eligible Categories 

This scholarship is not restricted by country; however, applicants must fall into one of the following categories:

• Asylum Seekers - Those waiting for a decision on their asylum application.
• Refugees are those who have been granted refugee status.
• Individuals having humanitarian protection in the UK may have limited or discretionary rights.
• Leave to Remain - A temporary UK residence for particular reasons.
• Indefinite Leave to Remain - Permanent Residents Without British Citizenship

  • British National Overseas (BNO) Holders (Hong Kong)
  • Calais Leave - Children transferred from Calais Section 67 Leave (Dubs Amendment):

Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Academic Excellence: demonstrated exceptional academic achievement.
• Offer of Study: A conditional or unconditional PhD offer from Loughborough University (Loughborough or London campus)
• Part-Time Study is only open to applicants who live in the UK or have caregiving duties; Full-time employment disqualifies applicants.

Scholarship Benefits

Successful applicants will get:
