What Are the LSE Master’s Awards?
The LSE Master’s Awards are scholarships for postgraduate students that focus on financial need. They aim to help those who really need it and show LSE’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and quality education.
- Funding available: Between £5,000 and full tuition costs
- Who can apply: All master's programs at LSE
- Timeframe: For the whole academic year (2025/26)
Who Is Eligible?
To get an LSE Master’s Award, you need to:
- Have a confirmed offer for a taught master’s program at LSE, whether it's conditional or unconditional.
- Show that you really need financial help.
- Ideally, you should come from a low or middle-income country.
- Have little or no access to student loans or other ways to get financial support.
The awards are available to everyone, but we really encourage applicants from underrepresented groups or countries with less funding to apply.
