Selection Criteria 

• Write a powerful motivational essay about a time when you saw or showed female leadership and how it led to a positive change.
• You should be good at English so you can do academic research well.
• You need to have proof of strong academic performance, like a GPA of at least 3.7, which usually means an A- or around 90-92, based on your prior university's grading system.
