Eligibility criteria

• To be eligible for the NCUK Undergraduate Scholarship, you must be a new international student transitioning from an NCUK Study Centre to an undergraduate degree program at the University of Sheffield that begins in September 2025.
• You must select the University of Sheffield as your firm or insurance provider prior to the deadline of 4:00pm (UK time) on June 4, 2025.
• The scholarship is not available for Medicine (A100/A101) or Dentistry (A200) programs, and applicants must be self-funded with an abroad tuition fee status.
• The award is also not available to sponsored students or those receiving assistance from an external sponsor.

Benefits and Value of the NCUK Undergraduate Scholarship

• The NCUK Undergraduate Scholarship offers a large tuition discount.
• The scholarship covers £2,000 each year for courses in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and the Faculty of Social Sciences, with a maximum of £6,000 for three-year programs and £8,000 for four-year programs.
• For courses in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health, and Faculty of Science, the scholarship is £2,500 per year, with a maximum of £7,500 for three-year programs and £10,000 for four-year programs.
• The scholarship is valid each year, as long as you maintain a 60% average and complete at least 120 credits in the previous academic year.
