PhD degree in Arctic Zooplankton Diversity Related to Functional Traits offered by the university
Criteria:
A bachelor’s degree of 180 ECTS, a master’s degree of 120 ECTS, or an integrated master’s degree of 300 ECTS.
A master’s thesis with a scope corresponding to at least 30 ECTS for a master’s degree of 120 ECTS.

The aim of PhD project will focus on the diversity of functional traits to understand the dynamics of Arctic zooplankton by analyzing functional traits for existing data on Arctic zooplankton communities collected within the Nansen Legacy and ECO TIP projects.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you need to have completed or be about to complete a relevant Master’s degree by the summer of 2025. This should be a Master of Science degree with thesis work or a research master’s/M.Phil degree. An MBA does not meet the requirements. You also need to take either the TOEFL or IELTS test unless you qualify for an exemption.
