The Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Program offers merit-based financial aid to exceptional Pakistani students pursuing higher education globally, covering tuition fees, living expenses, and travel costs.

Currently, applications for Aga Khan International Scholarship Program has been closed. Soon will be open in February 2023 and Pakistani students can apply for scholarship program till 17th March 2023.

The Aga khan foundation provides scholarship to the students from the developing countries who wish to study abroad but have no means to do so.

The Aga khan foundation sponsors students who want to acquire post-graduation away from their home country, occasionally they sponsor PhD aspirants if they are able to convince the organization about the promising future of their research.

The Aga khan foundation scholarship amount cover all the tuition fee and living expense requirements of the students in the university they are enrolled but the Pakistani students needs to reimburse 50 percent of the whole amount with a 5 percent yearly interest.

For those of the Pakistani students who want to acquire a scholarship for their PhD they will be credited the amount for a period of two years for rest of the period they must find other alternatives.

The loan agreement must be cosigned by a guarantor.

The Aga khan foundation provides for the tuition fee and living expenses only.

The foundation provides scholarship half of which is loan and must be returned to the organization with 5% interest annually. Time period of which starts 6 months after the scholarship has been granted.
