Benefit

• Finland scholarship offers tuition free education during two years of Master’s degree. However, at least 55 ECTS are required to retain the scholarship in the second year of studies. 

• Relocation allowance of 5000€ is granted to the International students.

Eligibility 

Bachelor's degree in the closely related field and will be analyzed by 0-25 points. Score lower than 14 will result in application rejection in the first stage. 

Academic excellence throughout the previous degree will receive 0-25 points. Stage cannot be cleared with score less than 14. 

Motivation letter holds weightage of minimum 5 points on the scale of 0-10. Motivation for the field of interest, subject knowledge, skills, language proficiency will also be analyzed through online interview.  

Language Requirements must be fulfilled by any of the following means:

• IELTS with 6.5 band and minimum 5.5 band in all sections/TOEFL iBT with minimum 92 score/PTE Academic test with score 62 or you can prove your English language skills by clearing National Certificates of Language Proficiency (YKI) organized by the Finnish National Agency for Education.

Register on online portal and start your application in your field of interest. Following documents are required in the application:

• Upload scanned pictures of only original documents such as Academic Transcript and Degree. 

• Motivation Letter must highlight your interest in the chosen program. 

• Language Proficiency Evidence.

• Additional documents (internship/work experience/published work/project). 

• Motivation letter that specifically highlights one´s interest to study in this programme.

• Relevant work experience (minimum equivalent of two years full-time as a registered nurse) and other merits and qualifications documented in the CV and supported by certificates.

Is IELTS required for the application?

No, you may opt for other options to prove English Proficiency and all are stated above in language requirements. 

Does university provide independent scholarships other than Finland Government scholarship?

While filling the online application form, choose the scholarship option ‘yes’ and your profile will be evaluated for the scholarship automatically and you may receive 80% fee reduction in case you fail to receive a full scholarship with no tuition fee.
