Applications are accepted via onlline portal. Students are required to create an account on the official site of university and submit all informations in English. 

Required Documents 

Following documents are required to complete the online application:

• Personal Statement of maximum 750 words 

• Research Interest Statement of 1500 words (citations excluded)

• A detailed CV 

• Official Academic transcript 

• 2 Academic Recommendation Letters 

• English Proficiency Certificate must be taken after 1st September 2023 (Academic IELTS-7 band/ TOEFL-100/ CET 6-600/  Advanced Cambridge English Scale-185)

• Applicants with english-taught international programs are not required to submit any official score report.

Are the students with ongoing Bachelor's degree can apply for the Yenching Academy Scholarship 2025?

Yes, students with ongoing undergraduate degree can apply. However, a proof of enrollement and expected graduation date certificates are required. at the time of application. Only those whose degree will be completed before Aug 31st, 2025 are allowed to apply. 

Can we enroll in another degree program while studying at the Peking University? 

Students are not allowed to enroll in another degree program while studying at the Yenching Academy of Peking University.
