LeadNext is an exciting opportunity for Pakistani with age between 18-25 to become part of global future leaders. This program LeadNext is associated with the Asia Foundation which has been working in Pakistan to promote growth, leadership, environmental sustainability and effective governance.
The program promotes transformative leadership skills among youth of US and Asia so that they could become effective change maker in the society by facilitating economic development and supporting the rule of law in Asian countries including Pakistan.

Travel, accommodation and meals will be fully-funded by the Program administration.

Candidates will be mentored according to their specific interests and will be given chance to connect with the world leaders and Foundation’s network.

Participants will attend the Annual Summit held in San Francisco and will strengthen their learning through this global exposure. It will be an amazing training period to learn how to tackle challenges of 21st century and grow together for a bigger cause.
Eligibility
According to the eligibility criteria:

candidate’s age must be between 18-25,
-
he has understanding of English and good Speaking skills,
-
fully committed to the fellowship and must attend all the sessions according to his time zone as online sessions for Asia and US will be arranged approximately for two hours in the morning and evening time respectively. All the virtual sessions will be held on the weekends.

In-person commitment in the week of July 14 for the Global Leaders’ Summit in the US.

What will be the Fellowship outline and duration of the LeadNext: Ambassadors for a Global Future Program?
The program details include an outline of the virtual and in-person session details for Leadership training sessions, Master classes and the Global Leaders’ Summit. The program will continue from February 11 to almost mid-July, 2025. Dates of virtual sessions could be checked though applications.
Do the eligibility criteria require grades or points of academic excellence?
The program is designed to welcome candidates who believe in diversity, interested in cross-cultural exchange, passionate about climate action, aspire to become visionary leaders in their community aiming for rule of law, creative in solving problems and have outstanding character.
Does the volunteer work increase the acceptance of the candidates?
