The Qingdao University President Scholarship provides the recipient with the following benefits:

• The scholarship covers the whole tuition, on-campus housing fee, living allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance costs.

• The host institutions provide a monthly living allowance.
• Doctorate students receive a monthly payment of 3,500 CNY per individual. For Master students, the monthly grant is 3,000 CNY per person.

Eligibility Criteria
