Eligibility:
Every submission must be made online. We do not accept mail-in applications.
Put the applicant's name on all files that will be sent via email or submission.
The candidate must be a citizen of the United States.
Criteria:
The applicant's college must be located in the US. (American citizens enrolled at U.S. government schools abroad may submit an application.)
The scholarship money must be put to use at the start of the next semester.
If not, it will be forfeited and awarded to a substitute.
In a given year, a student is only eligible to receive one James Alan Cox Foundation scholarship.

The James Alan Cox Foundation Student Photography Scholarship is available to students pursuing a high school or secondary education as well as a bachelor's or master's degree in journalism or mass communication. Your application must be submitted by 15 November 2022. The James Alan Cox Foundation is offering this scholarship, which has a total value of full funding and multiple awards totaling $2,500.
