UICC Yamagiwa-Yoshida Memorial International Cancer Study Grants in Switzerland

Worldwide students who wish to study in Switzerland can undertake admission in various universities of Switzerland and pursue their higher education in worlds most peaceful and beautiful country. 

Eligibility for Pakistani Student

The students must be a citizen of Pakistan.

If the Pakistani students are applying for postgraduate (masters) then must hold undergraduate with high score.

If the students are applying for PhD then must hold a postgraduate (masters) degree 

The Pakistani students applying for postgraduate are must not be above 35 years.

For post doc the Pakistani students must have completed their PhD not more than 5 years ago.

IELTS scores are a must and the score must be submitted in accordance with the preferred university.

University of Basel

The university also makes important contributions to research and social development through scientific knowledge and innovation. Students are engaged in the targeted development of young academics.

Eligible Course or Subjects:

 PhD positions at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Basel can be applied for.

Criteria: 

The applicants must have theoretical and practical experience in databases, multimedia data management, and information retrieval.

University Of Basel Switzerland

Eligibility:

Candidates must be PhD students and may apply both during and after the completion of their thesis. However, only the subject/work completed for the PhD thesis should be carried out. Students should be encouraged to apply by their supervisor.

Criteria:

The candidate must submit a written essay about the project work and any related publications. The essay should focus on the sections "Background," "Open Question/Hypothesis," "Achievements," and "Broder Impact."

The essay's context should address a broader scientific audience.

In addition, the candidate must submit a supporting statement from the PhD thesis supervisor.

Students can apply for the PhD positions at the Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies, Department of Japanese Studies, University of Zurich.

Criteria: 

The applicants must have sound knowledge of studying pre-modern, preferably medieval Japanese textual sources.
