The award program is open to international students who are applying for a bachelor’s degree at the UFV. When applicants are accepted to UFV, they will issue their scholarship as a tuition credit at the beginning of each year, starting with their first semester of UFV studies.

Minh Ly Scholarship for International Students
One or more scholarships are awarded to academically outstanding international graduate students in the Department of Mechanical Engineering with preference for students with demonstrated financial need. Further preference is for students whose thesis/research is focused in Computer Aided Design.
Approval of the recipients will be made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee upon the recommendation of the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
