Level And Subjects Of Study
This scholarship award is for Master’s degree only and applicants can apply for any field of study programs that are offered by participating institutes except distance learning
Number Of Awards
Total number of awards granting by Flanders Government are thirty (30).
Countries Eligible To Apply For Scholarship
International students from all over the world are eligible to apply for master mind scholarship, though some number of scholarships are reserved for

Scholarship Value And Duration
8400 € will be awarded in three installments that will cover student’s accommodation and living expenses along with tuition fee.
For one year master program
- 1st Installment: Of 4000 € will be awarded at the start of academic year
- 2nd installment: Of 3000 € will be awarded at the end of 1st semester and
- 3rd installment of 1400€ will be awarded at the end before final exam
- If Student unable to get 54 ECTS then final installment will not be awarded to student.
For Two year master program
- 1st Installment: Of 4000 € will be awarded at the start of academic year
- 2nd installment: Of 3000 € will be awarded at the end of 1st semester and
- 3rd installment of 1400€ will be awarded at the end before final exam
- Same award in installment will be awarded for next year of study. If student unable to get 54 ECTS then re-sit exam fund will not be awarded and scholarship grant for 2nd year of degree will not be awarded to student.
- In case of discontinuation of study program, student can keep only half of scholarship sum (4000€)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant have to fulfill all the requirements given below
- Must have to apply for master degree program at Flemish higher education institute
- Must have excellent academic background (GPA 3.5/ 4)
- Have good knowledge of English (IELTS/TOFEL with 7/94)
- Students who are already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution cannot apply
Application Process
- Applicant cannot apply directly for scholarship, must submit an online application to host university
- The host institute preselect the eligible applicant
- The host institution start application process for scholarship
- An email generated by Mobility online tool will notify the student for their selection for master mind scholarship
- Student will register at that tool and will upload all required documents
- The host institute will validate and submit complete application file before deadline
