INMA 30 Under 30 Awards 2025 – Honoring Rising Stars in News Media

The INMA 30 under 30 Awards 2025 celebrate young professionals under 30 who are making a mark in the news media industry. Put together by the International News Media Association (INMA) as part of its Young Professionals Initiative, these awards focus on up-and-coming leaders in six important areas.

The INMA “30 under 30” Awards will have judges from the INMA Young Professionals Initiative Committee and other members of the INMA Community. Those nominated will be recognized for their early career achievements, insights into innovation, and leadership skills. They’ll also get international recognition through a virtual announcement, an INMA blog post, and a press release. Plus, all participants will receive a free certificate of recognition. • Data
• Editorial Leadership
• Management
• Product
• Reader Revenue

Eligibility Criteria

• You need to be working for a news media company before you apply for this international award. 
• To be eligible for the International News Media Association Awards 2025, you must be under 30 years old as of September 1, 2025. 
• You should be a good thinker and able to make an impact in the news media field. 
• It's important to show that you've achieved a lot and have experience in your career. 
• You also need to have soft skills that make you a good leader, like being eager to learn, having an entrepreneurial mindset, and being a team player.
