Tohoku University is a national university located in Sendai, Miyagi in the Tōhoku Region of Japan. It was established in 1907 making it one of the oldest universities of Japan. It was ranked 76th best institute of the world to study in 2018 for international students by QS Ranking. It is ranked 5th best higher educational institute of its country.

According to Wikipedia it is world’s 6th oldest university as it was established in 1724. Ranked world’s 28th best educational institute, University of Tokyo is the highest star of Japan. It is ranked the best higher educational institute of its country. It has always been considered the most prestigious institute of its country. It is a public research university founded in 1877 and located in the Tokyo.
