Outstanding Student Scholarship Criteria

There are two ways to qualify for additional financial incentives:

Post-Admission Requirements

Once admitted, students must:

• Undergo regular evaluations by their academic advisor.

• Complete at least one Basic Chinese course within the first year.

• Pass the qualifying examination for doctoral candidacy before their third year.

Application Procedure

The application process is semester-based, with the following deadlines:

• Fall Semester: January 31, 2025

• Spring Semester: July 31, 2025
