The funding and standard of the scholarship program is the best opportunity for students. Partly funded by TU Delft Justus & Louise Excellence for international students, it will bear the whole tuition fee and other living costs for students. By the way, studying in the Netherlands is relatively more affordable compared to English countries when it comes to affordability.
Most scholarships given to foreign students are of the legacies from Justus and Louise van Effen. The alumni of Mr. van Effen was in the year 1940 and he felt that societal problems shall be solved through technological advancements.
