Citizen and Resident

• A citizen and current resident of a developing member country of the Asian Development Bank.

Age

• For submit application age must be less than 35 years.

Education

•  4-year bachelor's degree. 

Work Experience

• 2 years of full-time, professional work experience following the completion of a university degree.
